For participants who have requested a booking, rooms have been reserved at the following hotel:

Meals:
Lunch and coffee break will be provided each day.
Reimbursment:
Expenses incurred in order to attend the training course will be covered by EU-PROMENS project.
Travel tickets (train, metro, bus) are eligible for reimbursement; train fares are covered up to the second-class fare.
The use of a private vehicle is permitted, with a flat-rate reimbursement of €0.22 per kilometre, for distances not exceeding 100 km (one way). In this case, please provide:
- a copy of the vehicle registration document
- a Google Maps screenshot showing the route and the number of kilometres travelled
Parking fees are not covered under the project.
Please keep all your receipts (tickets and invoices).
The reimbursement procedure will be explained to you during the training.
