REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced training: minimum 5 years experience are requested to access the course.
OBJECTIVES
1. Mental Health Policies and Strategies
- Understand international and EU mental health policies.
- Apply systemic strategies for mental health promotion and prevention.
2. Multidisciplinary Collaboration
- Strengthen joint strategies for community mental well-being.
- Enhance integrated, person-centred teamwork across sectors.
- Develop sustainable collaboration and professional development plans.
3. Teamwork and Leadership Skills
- Improve intra-team communication and confidentiality.
- Apply conflict resolution techniques.
- Engage in shared decision-making with professionals and service users.
- Reflect on service improvements and collaboration.
4. Self-Care and Team Well-being
- Implement self-care and resilience strategies.
- Support colleagues and promote workplace mental health.
