REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced training: minimum 5 years experience are requested to access the course

OBJECTIVES 

1. Mental Health Policies and Strategies

  • Understand international and EU mental health policies.
  • Apply systemic strategies for mental health promotion and prevention.

2. Multidisciplinary Collaboration

  • Strengthen joint strategies for community mental well-being.
  • Enhance integrated, person-centred teamwork across sectors.
  • Develop sustainable collaboration and professional development plans.
    

3. Teamwork and Leadership Skills

  • Improve intra-team communication and confidentiality.
  • Apply conflict resolution techniques.
  • Engage in shared decision-making with professionals and service users.
  • Reflect on service improvements and collaboration.

4. Self-Care and Team Well-being

  • Implement self-care and resilience strategies.
  • Support colleagues and promote workplace mental health.

• Module 1: EU Comprehensive Approach to Mental Health
• Module 2: Multidisciplinary collaboration in prevention and promotion
• Module 3: Integrated mental health support, treatment, and recovery
• Module 4: Self-care, team well-being, and workplace mental health strategies
