3. Teamwork and Leadership Skills

  • Improve intra‑team communication and confidentiality.
  • Apply conflict resolution techniques.
  • Engage in shared decision‑making with professionals and service users.
  • Reflect on service improvements and collaboration.

 

4. Self‑Care and Team Well‑being

  • Implement self‑care and resilience strategies.
  • Support colleagues and promote workplace mental health.
