To ensure the programme runs smoothly and resources are used effectively, we ask you to agree to the following terms. This programme operates on a limited budget, and significant costs for flights and accommodation are paid on your behalf. Late cancellations result in financial losses and reduce opportunities for others to participate. By agreeing, you help us manage resources responsibly and maintain the programme’s success.
By completing this second registration form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Programme Costs
Once you confirm your participation, the project will:
- Purchase your flight tickets.
- Reserve your hotel room for the full programme duration (13 nights).
These costs are paid in advance and cannot be recovered in the event of cancellation.
Your Responsibility
You must provide accurate personal information, including your gender and full name as it appears on your passport or ID.
If incorrect information causes issues (e.g., ticket cancellations or rebooking), you will pay all related fees, such as:
- Cancellation charges
- Rebooking fees
- Differences in ticket prices
Cancellation and Early Departure Policy
If you cancel after confirming your participation, you agree to:
- Reimburse the project for costs incurred on your behalf (flights and accommodation).
- Refunds will not be issued unless there are exceptional circumstances.
If you need to leave the programme early for any reason other than proved emergencies, you will be responsible for:
- Covering the cost of any new flight arrangements.
- Paying for the unused portion of your hotel room for the remaining days.
Commitment to Participate

- Commit to attending the programme in its entirety.
- Understand the financial implications of late cancellations.
