Participants are supported in developing core competencies such as helping skills, mental health literacy, and risk assessment, alongside the development of communication skills and intersectoral collaboration, while promoting a systemic approach to sustainable mental health practice.
One-day Advanced Training focused on multidisciplinary collaboration. Participants are supported in deepening their understanding of mental health policies and strategies for building enabling systems, strengthening multidisciplinary cooperation, developing advanced team and leadership skills, and enhancing practices that promote self-care, resilience, and team well-being. The Advanced Training is intended for mental health professionals with a minimum of five years of professional experience in your field.
