  • 3rd group: 30.03.26, Warszawa
  • Conclusive workshop (for all groups): April 2026, online

Requirement: Minimum 5 years’ experience to access the course.


 

Objectives

 

1. Mental Health Policies and Strategies

  • Understand international and EU mental health policies.
  • Apply systemic strategies for mental health promotion and prevention.

 

2. Multidisciplinary Collaboration

  • Strengthen joint strategies for community mental well‑being.
  • Enhance integrated, person‑centred teamwork across sectors.
  • Develop sustainable collaboration and professional development plans.

 

3. Teamwork and Leadership Skills

  • Improve intra‑team communication and confidentiality.
  • Apply conflict resolution techniques.
  • Engage in shared decision‑making with professionals and service users.
  • Reflect on service improvements and collaboration.

 

4. Self‑Care and Team Well‑being

  • Implement self‑care and resilience strategies.
  • Support colleagues and promote workplace mental health.
