National Training Programme
EU-PROMENS is now accepting applications for a new multidisciplinary training programme aimed at strengthening competencies in the fields of mental health care, education, social work, and justice. This initiative equips professionals with key skills and promotes cross-sector collaboration.
The training is based on the cross-sectoral competence framework for mental health. It includes:
A two-day core training covering fundamental knowledge and cross-sectoral competencies in mental health. Participants develop skills in support practices, mental health literacy, risk assessment, communication, and cross-sector collaboration.
A one-day advanced training focused on multidisciplinary collaboration. It is designed for mental health professionals with at least five years of experience and covers policy, leadership, team resilience, and self-care practices.
Target Group
Healthcare professionals (psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, etc.), educators (teachers, school counsellors), social workers (community care, refugee centres, elderly care), and professionals working in prisons and juvenile detention centres.

Language Requirements
Advanced proficiency in the national language of the respective country.
Timeline
Pilot phase in six countries in spring 2025, followed by expansion to 24 European countries in 2025 and 2026.
Costs
All travel and accommodation costs are covered by the project.
